Official Drawing Rules

1. Sponsor

This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the City of Altamonte Springs unless expressly approved in writing.

2. Eligibility

Open to eligible entrants who are [18 years of age or older] and [Florida residents / eligible geographic area] at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor may be excluded if required by final rules.

3. Entry Period

The entry period begins on [Start Date/Time] and ends on [End Date/Time]. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Eligible entrants may enter by completing the Red Hot & Boom 2026 Giveaway Entry Form. No purchase, mortgage application, real estate consultation, or transaction is required to enter or win.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or real estate/mortgage transaction will not increase the odds of winning.

6. Prize

One prize: $100 Visa Gift Card. Approximate retail value: $100. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion where permitted.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries on or about [Winner Selection Date]. Winner will be notified by [phone/email/text] using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within [X days], Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

12. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor and related parties from claims arising out of participation in the drawing or acceptance/use of the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
